I'll take up sponsorship.

The Senate hasn't seen it as far as I know.

This is a very reasonable proposal. Ensuring that we have the very best people bringing the very best economic development and hope coming to our Republic (without going down the rabbit hole of "cutting immigration" platitudes) is always necessary, and this is a good policy to accomplish that. Ensuring we're visited by foreign citizens who will strengthen and grow our economy and society is always good--Lincoln in particular receives many working visitors and our reliance on that area is important to my reasoning, and the change in particular from EB-5 to H-1B is important to ensure healthy economical growth from the bottom up for Atlasia.

I certainly support this, I think it is fairer then have a specific set aside that caters solely to the globe trotting investor class. While investment and even foreign investment is a good thing to be sure, we have seen many instances where not only has such led to events hostile to the domestic interests (not just on our own country but think of the many times corporate or investor influence has had a negative impact on particularly third world counties). While I wouldn't want to reach and link these matters together, I think it is better to have one program catering to bringing in the best and the brightest as Peanut said, as opposed to a separate standalone one just for investors.
