"Carpathia" is ok, but they will never touch Tell All Your Friends again, obviously

Kristinia DeBarge -- "Goodbye"

I think this girl's gonna be a star.

She's only 19.  She has a great voice, with a unique sound.  She's hot.  Plus, her family is well-connected in the music industry.

She is hot, but in a break from my usual hardcore hip hop I would say this chick is hotter and a Long Island girl to boot

I actually just heard that Kim Sozzi song for the first time on KTU earlier tonight.  My favorite Kim Sozzi song is "Feelin' Me", from about 10 years ago.  Reminds me of high school (God, I'm old).

Another one from around that time is "Someone to Hold" by Veronica.

A more recent house song that I love is "The Cure and the Cause".  I think it's only a couple of years old.

Ehh KTU blows, Pulse 87 (you might be able to get them in Staten Island) and Party 105 here on LI put "Always  a beat behind" KTU to shame.

I loved "Feelin Me" also

One of my favs, back in 02

KTU is only good for freestyle.  I don't know if you're into that but they're the only station that plays it.

Yup, I remember that one.

This one was another hit..."IIO -- "Rapture" (fast-forward to about 2:10)

And, of course, Lasgo had this string of hits:
"Something"
"Alone"
"Pray"
"Surrender"

Ehh, I'm not big on the Jersey shore.  Probably because I don't like going to clubs that play house music.  I had a house in Belmar last summer, like 100 feet from D'Jai's, but I hardly ever went.  I think I slept there like 5 times throughout the whole summer.  I think I will make it out to the Hamptons more this summer.

Party will play some freestyle, but they don't overdo it like KTU, I like some freestyle, but I like house much more.

Lasgo has a new song out "Out of My Mind",  Still good, but its a different singer and not quite the same

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=08yLol56ODg

Another one of the older Lasgo songs "Blue"  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mly85tmSE6M&feature=PlayList&p=7ADF60060EB9BBFD&playnext=1&playnext_from=PL&index=10

Other great ones from that era
Sylver "turn the Tide" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ftWsAbKDzXA&feature=related

and "Skin"  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QW1EAho7Le4
And if we are in the Lasgo era, can't forget Ian Van Dahl

"Reason"  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e7lDZAPAFjE

"Will I"  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Kzh3Sz8kFs&feature=related

and of course

"Castles in the Sky"  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JjTV8i_KjXM

I definitely remember "Castles in the Sky", "Will I", and "Reason".  Good looks on all these throwbacks, Smash.

The link for "Skin" isn't working for me, but I think it's the one that goes somethin like "Livin in your own skin, got to be yourself, ain't nobody else.."  If so, that was one of my favorites back in the day.
