My thanks to the speaker. I drew up this bill shortly after the last election on response to concerns raised during debate on the Thirty-Two Hour Week Act with regard to the disparity between full-time and part-time work. This legislation would attack the problem at its core by guaranteeing to part-time employees the same benefits as their full-time colleagues.
