I haven't seen anyone talk about this here, which is disappointing. Impeachment is pretty much inevitable at this point. What, is Pence just going to take over? What is going to happen?

We've had multiple threads about this for weeks. And it's very likely that Trump will be impeached but not removed so nothing will happen.

No, because he won't get removed in the Senate. He'll continue to run for re-election, and the Democrats will have done nothing other than possibly give Trump the future title of first impeached president to run and/or win-reelection.
