This looks roughly like the map you might get if Trump went full Hitler and set up death camps for all non-whites (and only for non-whites, so there would still be some whites left to vote Dem) and the camps had churned through probably a few 10s-of-millions of people, and the White Dems were willing enough to along with this holocaust so that politics quickly started re-orienting back to a New-Deal style economic-focused divide without race-centered social issues, but still with abortion/religion type social issues causing evangelical southerners to continue voting heavily Republican. The difference between Ohio and surrounding states like IN and WV would be the main anomaly, so maybe Trump switched to having Kasich as his VP.

Needless to say, this would be a horrible world, even worse than the one in the other thread.

Although I guess this doesn't necessarily have to result from mass murder, per se. Something like it might also result if the Supreme Court declared that it was only unconstitutional for Non-White people to vote, and despite a few initial protests from Democrats in Congress, this was enforced by the Trump administration and the InJustice department, and politics re-oriented similarly to the above.

But one way or the other, there are no non-whites voting to produce a map anything like this.
