Are the punishments to Houston Astros (baseball) for cheating, strong enough?

Here is a recap of the discipline from the MLB and commissioner Rob Manfred :

- Astros fined $5 million, the maximum allowed under MLB's constitution.
- GM Jeff Luhnow suspended for one year. Luhnow was then fired by the Astros.
- Manager A.J. Hinch suspended for one year. Hinch was then fired by the Astros.
- Former assistant GM Brandon Taubman suspended one year.
- Astros forfeit their first and second round draft picks the next two years.

What did the Astros do?

The Astros used a camera positioned in center field to steal signs (made by the catcher) during games. Team personnel would watch the feed in a hallway between the clubhouse and dugout, and would relay what was coming by hitting a garbage can. Should have also included a 1 year postseason ban and losing draft picks for 5 years rather than 2 (even if its only losing 1st round picks rather than losing 1st and 2nd round picks).

If I were dictator I would have also stripped the team of the title, but I understand why they didn't do that.

In order for this to work, all/most of the Astro players needed to be in on it.
This is really disgusting, as I cant understand how so many could have thought it was a good idea.
It's destructive to the entire sport of MLB baseball, and to all sports in general.
In a time where the MLB is looking to recapture fans, they have this to contend with.

Yes, having read the commissioner's memo, I agree. I think player suspensions should've been imposed, and now I'm extremely worried for the hammer that's about to drop on my Red Sox.

Carlos Beltran's managerial career with the New York Mets ended before it began as he stepped down Thursday for his involvement in the Houston Astros sign stealing scandal.

"We met with Carlos last night and again this morning and agreed to mutually part ways," Mets COO Jeff Wilpon and Mets Executive Vice President and General Manager Brodie Van Wagenen said in a statement.
