You are so right on that one. His attacks on Cleland were downright disgusting.
Anyway, I believe that Lindsey Graham from my home state of SC is underrated. I don't usually agree w/ him at all, but he has shown flashes of independence that make him something more than just another rank-and-file politician (cough Henry Brown (SC-1) cough)

Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, on the other hand, is one conservative Republican I'll admit to having a favorable opinion towards. If voting scores are any barometer, he doesn't seem to be as economically conservative as many of his colleagues
