Simple enough. The current Great Seal was created in 2017 and displays 18 stars —one for each of the states then a part of Frιmont. Since then, we have admitted Guam, Atlasian Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands to the commonwealth; this act would add three stars to the seal to reflect the fact of our expansion.

I move to suspend the rules and begin an immediate final vote on this bill. (Since we're near the end of the session and I don't imagine this change is controversial.)

I second that question. I'd like to see what the seal would look like before being able to make my mind up.

Here's a black-and-white mockup, but again, it's literally the same seal we have now plus three stars.

Yeah, I don't think adding three stars would fundamentally change the look, besides perhaps making the stars a tad smaller?

Honestly, compared to the colorful one that we have on the Wiki, I think Truman's B/W version looks a lot formal, as well as easier on the eyes. It reminds me of the vector seals you'd see on Wikipedia.

However, both seals are great, and as someone who is known as the person who occasionally does graphics for Atlasia stuff, I highly commend the first minister on his work.

Seeing as we know have a creation of what this seal will look like, I now feel comfortable with supporting this bill. Dave bless Frιmont!

That is the general idea. I had intended to simply upload the new version, than then remembered "Wait, didn't we add new states a few months back?"
