I thought the whole point of declaring an inactive President was to fill the SC vacancies?

I believe he's waiting for the Midwest Senate race results. Earnest or Yates was what he told me.

I've asked two people already and they said no.  I had two people in mind (for the two vacancies) before becoming Acting President, but I didn't feel it was right to ask until after I officially became Acting President - as such, I had no way of knowing that the second person would reject.  In other words, there aren't a lot of qualified people out there and I'm still searching.
