Mason-Dixon poll, (dates not specified) likely voters, MoE ± 4%:

Ritter (D): 43%
Beauprez (R): 37%

Hickenlooper (D): 48%
Beauprez (R): 32%

It doesn't specify the other matchups. It says that Hickenlooper leads Holtzman by 24 points, and Ritter leads Holtzman by 20 points.

Ritter can win Smiley but, of course, Hickenlooper would have been preferable. He would win

Dare I hope that Colorado becomes a pickup for Dems this November?  For now I will cautiously predict that the governor's mansion will remain in Republican hands, albeit narrowly until more polls pop up that consistently show a Democratic lead.

This would be great since we can get Beauprez's House seat as well. That would give Colorado a Democratic majority in the House. In fact, that would leave Allard's Senate seat the only thing keeping Colorado from becoming a 1-party Democratic state. Quite a bad omen for the GOP.

I'm pretty happy - these two last polls makes my prediction of CO and PA going Dem in their Gubernatorial races look more lpausible. Smiley

No, but four would be - DeGette, Udall, and Salazar plus Beauprez's seat.
