Thats right! Joe Hoeffel is circulating petitions (one which is in my posession) to get on the ballot for Lt. Governor! Although this was pretty much expected, he made the official announcement yesterday or so. W00+!!! How do you guys feel he will do against old woman Baker-Knoll? How will his victory (if he gets one) affect the Gov. race?
