Good Will Hunting. Yeah, I know it's '09 and I'm just now seeing it.
Let me guess, it wasn't as brutally bad as you expected it to be.  Still, you won't be watching it again any time soon...if ever.  That was my experience with it.

(and I think Kevin Smith wrote the dialogue)

Full Metal Jacket

Eh, felt kind of weird and pointless (especially the second half). The first half and the second half also felt like completely different movies. The camera work and cinematography was neat though.

Valkyrie

I'm on codeine right (for legit purposes) but it seemed like a pretty good flick to me. It isn't up there with Downfall or anything but it's definitely underrated.

Mean Streets, 1973 mob movie with Harvey Keitel, and Robert DeNiro. Directed by Martin Scorsese. Decent.

Look Who's Talking (1989), Look Who's Talking Too (1990) and Look Who's Talking Now (1993) with John Travolta, Kirstie Alley and Bruce Willis as the voice of "Mikey". The first two were good, third wasn't. Clever joke on President George H.W. Bush in the second film. Bruce Willis' voice as the baby in first two steal the show, of course.

Valkyrie was decent.  I can't say...oh wow it was awesome, but a solid film.  Everything I expected, nothing more, nothing less.

The Patriot on TNT.

Ok film...Jason Isaac's role is the one thing I really liked from it. (Tavington).

Really Naso? All these C-Grade movies you rave about on here and you call MEAN STREETS simply "decent?"

That's good to hear. I did think though that most negative reviews clearly missed the point, from the previews it was quite obvious Allen and David weren't trying to create some deep meaningful Oscar bait film like VCB, just a funny and entertaining time.

I was going to say this exact thing (only I was going to be a little meaner about it).  I LOVE Mean Streets.  Very under-rated...or at least rarely talked about when "great movies" are brought up and it probably should be.

Isn't that rated PG-13?   I mean you're allowed to watch movies geared for Olds?

no, it is rated PG. I like the movie. for some reason things for earlier are funnier than things today like spongebob. that show is weird. tom and jerry is way funnier. And so is I love Lucy from the 50s.

Blood Simple, 1985 thriller by the Cohn Brothers, makers of "Fargo" and "No Country for Old Men". Set in 1980s Texas (Which is like Texas at anytime including now), the story of adultery, revenge and greed. Excellent flick. I also remember that "No Country for Old Men" was set in June 1980 Texas. Too cool.

Taken is kind of like the Bourne series with a bit higher body count.

It's kind of like the Bourne series if the Bourne series was braindead and racist.
