No it doesn't make you a hypocrite, anymore than it makes me a hypocrite for only going to strip clubs with female strippers and never male ones.

Ken Park

Is Blood Diamond any good? I hardly ever go to movies in the theaters, but my friend said it was great, and it's playing at the cheap theater here now I think...

Kids.

Found it pretty boring actually. Plus as far fetched as Ken Park was, this is even moreso.

Boring!?
Kiddo, you've just committed sacrilege.

Farfetched, I´ll grant you that one.

It's probably because I could see everything coming. Considering that most people have seen this before seeing the rest of Larry Clark's movies, and I've seen all his movies before seeing this, that might explain it.

Envy.

Last one I saw was Reefer Madness. Made me want to smoke some weed.

Starship Troopers.

Wow. What a horrible, horrible movie. And I even like science fiction and sex.

Wow, you suck.

For me, Children of Men. Quite good, and the way it was shot was amazing.

If you guys are taking the movie seriously, you are greatly missing the point.

It's one of my favorite films. It's a combination of everything, coming-of-age films, romance, comedy, war drama all into one awesome mix. Total Recall was great obviously, but I would call it Verhoeven's best film. A shame it had to have that awful direct-to-video sequel.

Anyone else seen Children of Men? I thought the cinematography style was absolutely brilliant.

Bourne Ultimatum

I liked it, except for the anticlimatic ending.

Boondock Saints

Not what I expected. I thought it'd be a Tarantino-style flick. Instead it was just a stupid far too over the top comedy with lots of blood.

I believe the European showings do have the trailers, the ones Tarantino directed are with Death Proof, while the ones Rodriguez directed are with Planet Terror. Apparentely that's how they'll be with the DVD release in the US (they're going to be split Sad )

I also bet that six months later there'll be some special edition with both of them.

The Girl Next Door.

Really good, I rented it expecting an American Pie-type sex comedy, but it wasn't like that at all, it's actually sort of a chick flick, but not so much that guys can't like obviously as I did. It has more in common with teen movies like Angus and Varsity Blues than pure toilet humor and sex ones like the American Pie series.

Obviously.

Huh? What the hell you mean?

The statement about Naso is correct.

Correct; you have your bad taste and others have better taste.

BRTD has the worst taste in movies.

I don't call stuff like Armageddon some of the best movies ever made, nor have I have whined that a movie is "too long" or "too dramatic"

I thought he was pretty good, although some of his henchmen certainly weren't.

I'm looking forward to seeing him in Hitman. I know movies based on video games usually don't work out very well, but I think this one might be one of the exceptions like Resident Evil.

No way I could ever make such a list.

One movie I did see but am sure I didn't list was Alpha Dog, a very good film. I was surprised by Justin Timberlake, both by that he was in a movie like that in the first place, and that he actually did a really good job.

The only movie that's ever put me to sleep was Twister. I saw in class in 8th grade and would've preferred the most boring lecture I've ever sat through.

Irreversible.

Wasn't a bad movie, but I'm never watching it ever again. For sure.

Shoot 'Em Up

Look at the title to see what it's all about. It was good fun. Clive Owen is pretty good at playing bad ass characters.
