I LOVED it!!  I had to rewatch it!  Sad thing is, I know people, who while aren't as extreme  in their personas as B-Rad, are just as deluded!

"Relative Chaos"  it was a made for TV movie for ABC family.  Let me just say, it made me feel REALLY good about my family!  On the side note, if you are a Buffy fan, Charisma Carpenter and Nicholas Brendan are two of the leads in it.

Baby Blue Marine with Jan Micheal Vincent and (a VERY young) Richard Gere.  Not too bad.

Man of the year.  Only thing I didn't like was the little remark about the show JAG---ten years of habit is a hard thing to break!

The 6th Day. Why did everyone hate on this movie? It wasn't horrible.

Love Actually. I watched that one with my wife. Mostly British actors & humor, didn't get it as much as I'd like to.

You didn't get it because you didn't watch it from the beginning.  You missed the vital character introductions. Smiley

The Covenant.  It was okay, not as good as I'd heard it was.

Madagascar 2--not the best, but it was the girls' turn to choose the movie.  So, it wasa between Bolt, and Madagascar.   So Madagascar it was.

Sense & Sensibility - One of the Jane Austen books I haven't read. It was quite good, the ending was slightly sudden, and they didn't do enough to show the bond between Hugh Grant and Emma Thompson in the beginning, but the acting was great and the set design/costumes were fantastic.

I loved this movie, in fact it is one of my favorites. If you watched on TV or Netflix, I advise getting the DVD as they do have deleted scenes that actually do show more of Elinor and Edward.

A very good movie, I try to watch it at least once a year---mainly to look for my friend who was in the core Reenactor group!

As for me, I just finished re-watching Dear John, and am currently watching Labyrinth with my girls---it's one of my guilty pleasures!

You don't do chick flicks Mrs. States?  I would have bet my life you were indoctrinating the younggins Wink

I watch my fair share of chick flicks, but as I have mentioned previously, I cry at the drop of a hat, and it bothers my middle daughter.  She hasn't quite got the concept of a good cry down yet.  So, chick flicks are for my oldest daughter and I, or times when I'm by myself.  Now, that being said, we watched Letters to Juliet, Dear John, and Sense and Sensibility earlier.  I have two sick  young ones, who shared with me, so we've been bonding with the couch and the blankets today......

Fanboys---I actually watched the last half of it last week, watched the whole thing today, because I wanted Jeff to see it.  Pretty funny---even if it was picking on Star Trek fans.....
