I just saw Juno at the theater this Wednesday.  I'd been meaning to see it for a couple weeks now, and this was the first time the show wasn't sold out.

It was better than I expected.  And Jason Bateman made me feel really, really, really uncomfortable.

I'm actually supposed to be at an advance screening of "Never Back Down" right now that I "won" tickets for, but the thoughts of shirtless boys beating each other senseless wasn't quite enough to drag me away from my desk here at work.

I don't normally participate in this thread, but I just got back from an advance screening of Scott Pilgrim vs. The World. Given how likely it was to suck, I was totally blown away by the fact that it didn't.

Why did you think it was likely to suck? Everything about it implies that it will be awesome.

Because Hollywood got involved?

I'm already bracing myself for two or three annoying months of you starting threads about it.
