Assuming the abortion is not performed for a medically valid reason, and the doctor was not somehow bamboozled into performing the abortion by the patient or other doctors, then 10 years in jail and revocal of medical license.

If abortion were made illegal, I would probably opt for jail time -I'm uncertain however about the length of time abortion practitioners should spend there, and whether the performing of an abortion should be regarded as first or second degree homicide, or a felony.

It should be legal within 90 days of conception.

First infraction is community service, second fine and community service, third fine/community service/revocation of medical lisence.

For Third Trimester, first time hefty fine, second time jail time of up to 5 years, third time they should lose thier practicing license and get upto 10.

1st and 2nd should have no penalties.
