Democrats

1. Hillary Clinton - republicans fear her and want the far left to leave her.
2. Mark Warner - raises taxes but can turn a state red to blue.
3. Russ Feingold - finally the far left wont divide and destroy the party.
4. Kathleen Sebelius - she has the record and image that hillary wishes for.
5. Evan Bayh - i hope 10 years has given him a personality or is that indiana
6. Janet Napolitano - proves to reps that actions speak louder than words
7. Bill Richardson - lowers taxes but can he turn florida or nevada blue.
8. Tom Vilsack - should have been kerrys vp at least Iowa would still be blue
9. Brian Schwietzer - about time we had a democrat who hates washington.
10. Ben Nelson - you wont find a nicer guy in politics.

N.B
John McCain would make the list but is a registered republican. However we all know that when the going gets tough john mccain is a good old reliable democratic vote. on immigration he showed his liberal side of him by writing a bill with the conservative icon Ted Kennedy. On campaign reform, McCain showed what a grand old democrat he is by uniting with the bush loyalist Russ Feingold. John McCain is the man for the democrats but we must show respect for his registratoin as a republican. we know the truth john mccain your aim is simple. to destroy the republican identity during your presidency with the help of hillary clinton. what will republicans do in 2012 when the democrats  vote in their millions for the republican john mccain? michigan, pennslyvania etc will vote in their thousands and  old farmboy in alabama pennsylvania will feel all left out as he has no candidate to vote for. just his sexist bible written by preists.

you go hillary win the democratic nomination. make the republicans nominate mccain in fear of hillary then let mccain win, hillary becomes leader of the dems in the seante and works for the next eight years with the most popular republican president ever john mccain.

1. Mark Sanford (SC governor) - Said he's not running. I hope he changes his mind. He'll be solid on the overspending which is killing our party.
2. Mike Pence (Indiana Congressman) - There's a strong draft Pence movement for a reason. Same reason people like Sanford. Pence would insist on a balanced budget. Period.
3. Haley Barbour (Mississippi Governor) - Dispointed a lot of people when he said he wasn't running.
4. Tim Pawlenty (Minnesota Governor) - Could turn a couple of blue states red without running to the left.
5. Jeb Henserling (Texas Congressman) - Another Mike Pence
6. Dick Armey (Former Congressman) - "When we act like us, we win. When we act like them, we lose"
7. Ron Paul - A pro-life libertarian. I can back that.
8. George Allen - Who I'll probably end up backing when my main choices decide not to run. Voted against bridge to nowhere. Senators have a hard time winning however.
9. John Engler - Best Governor Michigan's had in recent memory.
10. Mike Rogers (and he'd kill me if he reads this) - An all around good guy.

Honorable Mention - Zell Miller - For bipartisan sake, I need one democrat on there. Smiley

Wesley Clark-military people win elections, and this guy was a genereal. Thats all I need.

Bayh or Warner / Warner or Bayh - it's that close. Richardson, perhaps. Feingold, maybe if he stopped doing Bush a good turn

2) Newt
3) Warner
4-10) I'll think about it

Being a local patriot? Wink

I'm not gonna make a list, not much point at this early stage. I'd be fine with either Warner or Bayh though.
