I agree with WalterMitty, in saying that the alcohol test could get the wrong people fired. Drug tests make sense, seeing as drugs are illegal, but the how does it make sense to test people over 21 for alcohol? Does the government establish a certain blood alcohol level that will make them "drunk"? If not, then having a little bit of alcohol in your system could be basis for them firing you just because they don't like you. The way I see it, the only way the alcohol tests should be considered is if you have so much alcohol in your system that you are completely out of it, or if they can prove you drove to work drunk.
