No, because:

1. I do not make predictions on remotely competitive seats in April.
2. While I am pretty dumb, I'm not that dumb.

Said the race could have been competitive… and really it should have been, but always thought that Nelson would enjoy a clear advantage and never though a Harris win was likley.

No -and anyone who did was a fool.  It is one thing to make honest mistakes, but she was unqualified from the get-go which anyone should have seen.

No, although I thought it would be closer than a 30 point margin.

Yes

No -and anyone who did was a fool.

Very easy to say that now. At the time she was still an underdog and still just as polarizing but I doubt anyone really saw this type of disaster coming.

Pretty much my thoughts. It's a shame AuH2O isn't around anymore, I'd love to rub his old comments about this race in his face.

Well yeah, but there's a difference between not thinking she'd do disastrous (I didn't either), and thinking she might actually win (I didn't do that either).

I never thought she would win, but I expected polls to be closer than they are. It seems I was pleasantly surprised.

I haven't made any formal predictions at all, so no I haven't predicted she'd win (or that she'd lose for that matter).  That said, I thought Nelson was vulnerable if a strong opponent were fielded and I never found the far left's claims that Harris' role in the 2000 election would haunt her to be persuasive.
