Johnson goes in another category, his performance is so mixed, he deserves to be in neither the best or the worse list. I'd consider that the same thing is true from Nixon, Reagan, and Clinton.

Johnson did far more bad than good.

1. That guy probably likes Hoover because he did absolutely nothing to expand the government in order to combat the depression, even when it ended up screwing the economy over.

2. He is a whacko Christ finatic.

So, somebody other than you does like Hoover, but just consider the two above points before you become too excited.

In my opinion, a raise in the minimum wage would do more harm than good.  An argument by Senator Michael Enzi of Wyoming totally changed my position on it.  A minimum wage is still necessary however.
