I know he's in TN, but he declared for District 4.  The SoFA isn't going to change what he's running for because of an error on his part - or perhaps he'll move fron TN.

He's still got time to move - and at this point, I'm the only one who's declared for D3.  At the point that GPorter declares for D3 Senator, I'll address the issue - but until then, it's pointless for me to speculate what he'll do.

Preston's declaration of candidacy is valid, as per regional law. See article VII, section three of the Southeastern Constitution. With the election slated to begin tomorrow, candidates had until noon central time today to declare candidacy.
