Standard Candidates (Bush, Clinton, Perot) but with the following changes

1) Neil Kinnock wins Election 1992 in the UK (by having the largest party in a hung parliament) and becomes Prime Minister with help of the Liberal Democrats

2) Saddam Hussein is overthrown by the Sunni rebellion in the South and the Kurdish rebellion in the north of Iraq

3) Hurricane Andrew misses Florida and hits Lousiana as a Cat 5 storm

I dont think it makes any difference. Louisiana voted for Clinton in '92. The first two situations would have made no difference IMO.

Might not be much effect, but if a catagory 5 hurricane hit LA in 2004, Bush would have been toast with his pathetic FEMA.
