Generally speaking stock markets tend to crash when people "try" to start a civil war because they don't like the way an election has just gone. AWN is not responsible for the actions of others.
O/c "normal" is what will happen from now on (unless some other idiot decides to march on Nyman) which means no quick fixes for the battered economy (sorry) but it also won't collapse either. Recession, not depression.

Al will be gone for awhile and we can't do anything until the budget is done. Once he gets back and gives us our budget we can do it at the same time as other legislation.

When Al comes back from being gone for a week we'll get the budget but if we don't waive the requirement we'll do nothing for that week. That's bad, and when he comes back and we get the budget we can do it and other legislation at the same time.
