Declaration of President's Inability to Discharge Powers and Duties of Office

Per the Article II, Section 3:
Whenever the Vice President and a majority of the Cabinet transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President. Thereafter the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office upon his declaration that he is capable of discharging the said powers and duties, or when the Cabinet and Vice President annul their previous declaration.

I hereby submit to the President Pro Tempore my declaration that President Ebowed is, at the current time, unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office.

Do we even know who the cabinet members are at this time? Half of them seem to be stuck in the middle of confirmation.

I respect Ebowed, and this whole issue is pretty funny in my opinion, but I feel it's being taken too far. Atlasia needs stability, and causing a revolution by exercizing dictatorial powers doesn't help that at all.

Yes, the Cabinet consists of Secretary of Defense Bacon King, Secretary of Forum Affairs Peter Bell, and Secretary of State Afleitch.

Wouldn't it also consist of Attorney General Brandon H as well as Treasury Secretary Bono as they were never dismissed from the Cabinet but yet have not had another person replace them?
