By very small margins. When Bubba wasn't really targeting the state. Before the implosion of the Textile industry.

The textile industry is centered in SC-04 and NC-10, which are both GOP held seats whose incumbents have retired.  Do you think that the seats are vulnerable?

I don't know. NC and SC seem to have changed a lot since 2002... normally both would be GOP shoo-in's... but this year... I don't know...
