We have West Wing in Finnish television too. Over the half our tv-series are from USA (At least in commercial channels) Finnish use to say that Finland is most Americans country in Europe. I have never understood why? If you take a look our social democrat society.... In the other hand American popular culture has always been very dominant here.

Sweden is the most Americanized country in Europe?
It would be a very strong candidate for that, yes. Our culture is very Americanized. We're the least nationalist country in the world, no pride in ourselves whatsoever. "un-Swedish" is a positive adjective in Sweden, so we don't protect our own culture in any way. We have, I believe, the highest international level of English of non-English speaking countries. We get a lot of American culture. There is basically Swedish and American things, and then some British culture as well. That's it.
