I'm too lazy to draw out some elaborate scenario, but basically let's assume a freak election result lands Walter Mondale in the White House in 1984. Two years later he has to resign for some reason or another and Geraldine Ferraro becomes U.S. President. What happens next?

Utah secedes.  Phyllis Schlafly (sp?) commits suicide.  Several members of government resign in disgust.

She sells out and governs like a moderate Republican with mob connections. Think Rudy Giuliani. Tongue

Hillary Clinton makes her her feminist hero (not saying Ferraro was a femminist--Clinton is [kinda])
