i have mixed feelings.

he got the ball rolling on suburbinzation and urban sprawl.  because of this, america is totally dependent on the auto....a fact i dislike.

however, i admire his business sense.  he was truly a pioneer ahead of his time.  i obviously liked the fact that he only used non-union labor.  the result, was of course, high quality housing at very low prices.
