This seems pretty accurate. I think Stabenow will win by about 10 points or so when all is said and done.

Bouchard will lose.  He was just the candidate to narrow the margin (and I'm still mad @ Butler for his attack ad--YOU DON'T ATTACK A FELLOW REPUBLICAN IF HE'S GOING TO (probably) LOSE TO THE DEM.)!!!

Word is that Bouchard only has $300,000 in the bank. Stabenow has over $6 million.

What makes me distrust this poll is how much of a lead Granholm has, most polls show a dead heat or DeVos w/a small lead.

They oversampled people over 40.  The new SV poll should straigten things out.

EPIC/MRI is just not very good.  They are not a bad pollster, they are not LA Times or CBS or Zogby Interactive and should not just be ignored.  They tend to screw something up big in each poll of theirs, however.  You need to look at the guts (like Jtf did) and you will usually see something that you need to account for in reading the results.

Bouchard now has an ad out about how he is against government overspending.  I assume then that he must not approve of the Bush administrations spending record.  Hmmmmmmm......probably not the case.  I wonder if the Stabinow campaign has noticed this hole in his logic and will catch him on it.

I wouldn't be shocked if Bouchard tried to seperate himself from Bush as much as possible.
