I think we've done McCain/Hillary, the running mates don't mean that much and neither do Buchanan/Tancredo, they'll get around 2-3%, a lot in blow out McCain states like AZ and TX. Flip the ticket around, they do much better, I also wouldn't count out NJ, ME, DE, or even CA:

McCain/Huckabee 50%
Clinton/Warner 45%
Buchanan/Tancredo 3%
Camejo/ 2%
