Well, it isn't exactly "large" and has an irregular orbit Tongue.

I will add a geography question after my moon question has been answered, I don't expect anyone to know the colour of the Universe Tongue.

Let's add another astronomy question out there, How many planets are there in our Solar System?

and, for a bonus 5 points:

What Colour is the Universe?

White?

What a horrible way to spell "color," heh.

Question already withdrawn as I conceded to Jens answer but did not give him full points for it. The correct answer is beige.

Incorrect, the actual spot I believe is the "Challenger depth" or whatever you call it in English.

Actually ILikeVerin is correct Tongue. The Challenger Deep is another name for the Marianas Trench I believe, Marianas Trench is more commonly used Tongue.

Sorry, the Challenger Deep refers to the deepest point of the trench it seems, however, I am still going to accept the Marianas Trench as that is still correct, the Marianas Trench is the deepest point in the ocean but the Challenger Deep is one name for that exact point. Named for the British Challenger II ship which chartered the depth.

Just to put this in perspective, the Trench is about 11 kilometres or 7 miles deep. If you cut Mount Everest off at ground level and dropped it into the trench, the tip wouldn't reach the surface.

Everest is only put at about 8850 metres, the Trench breaks 11000 metres.

If you say so, I've been told that it lies in the Marianas Trench, but whatever... Tongue

I think that's the day William was crowned, not the day of the battle. I can't remember that though, must've been sometime in the fall...
