I got it from a shareware catalogue (which was accurate to Election 1992) and it was wonderful. Not only did it show you the election results from 1789 to 1992 but also allowed you to play as a campaign manager by asking how much money do you wish to pour into a state. I would often let the computer spend all it's money first and then target big marginal states knowing that the computer couldn't reply!
