Tammany Hall, June 16th: Chairmanship short list down to two candidates: Senator Harry Nelson of Mississippi, and Former Gubernatorial Candidate Handzus of Pennsylvania. Senator and former AFDNC Chairman Boss Tweed enthusiastically supports Harry for the Position calling Handzus an "out of touch Philly liberal."
Senator Tweed himself has not displayed interest in the position he once occupied.
