I'm not sure if you're aware or not, but at 7:07 PM tonight Nixon made an official statement in the "GOP endorses Beet" thread that he was dropping out (last post on the first page). You stated in the same thread that if he made the announcement prior to the posting of the ballot (which occured at 9:59 PM) that you would drop his name from the ballot.
