Specifically, bump it up from a 6.9 to a 7.9,  have the earthquake retrofitting that Candlestick Park delayed due to budget problems. and make it 15 minutes later so the stands are full, but the teams are in the clubhouses.  Net effect thousands of fans and both teams die when Candlestick Park collapses.  What effect does this have on the Bay Area and/or baseball?
