In 1933, they held state conventions to ratify the 21st Amendment (repealing prohibition).

In Missouri, the election pitted the Wets against the Drys.

I photocopied the results out of the 1933-1934 Missouri Blue Book.

Wets are in Blue
Drys are in Red

The final total given by the state is 503642 to 156941 (75% to 25%) in favor of repeal.

A few County results:

St. Louis City: 95-5 Repeal (181055 votes)
St. Louis County: 94-6 Repeal (41503 votes)
Jackson County: 88-12 Repeal (150906 votes)

Counties won by Hoover in 1932-
Douglas: 62-38 Prohibition (1686 votes)
Gasconade: 88-12 Repeal (2096 votes)
Hickory: 81-19 Prohibition (1348 votes)
Ozark: 75-25 Prohibition (1517 votes)
Putnam: 76-24 Prohibition (1590 votes)
Taney: 51-49 Repeal (1446 votes)
Warren: 82-18 Repeal (1508 votes)

Other counties-
Perry: 94-6 Repeal (2629 votes)
St Charles: 93-7 Repeal (4314 votes)
Ste Genevieve: 93-7 Repeal (1688 votes)

Basically this map could also be a good reference for which counties in Missouri are predominantly German.

The current top 10 German counties in Missouri-
Osage: 85-15 Repeal (2675 votes)
Perry
Gasconade
Franklin: 88-12 Repeal (5289 votes)
Ste Genevieve
St. Charles
Warren
Cole: 89-11 Repeal (4889 votes)
Jefferson: 89-11 Repeal (3800 votes)
Montgomery: 60-40 Repeal (2164 votes)

Perhaps the Germans just moved into Montgomery County.

I'm sure some looking could produce other maps of results for conventions on the 21st Amendment.

City Slickers and Germans v. Small-Towners

Missouri actually had the second largest winery in the United States at the time that Prohibition was passed (The Stone Hill Winery)
