Well he did consider running for the 2004 Democratic nomination, what if former Colorado Senator Gary Hart won the 2004 Democratic nomination. Who would he have picked for Vice President? Would he be able to have defeated George W. Bush? Maps please

i doubt he wins. he's been out of the spotlight for too long. he would have probably picked Gephardt as VP and gives a good performance, but its still not enough.

In an attempt to add some foreign policy credentials to the ticket, Hart picks Delaware Senator Joe Biden for Vice President.

The politically resurrected Senator of a bygone era proves to be easy pickings for George W.

Hart proves to be a disaster as a candidate for President in 2004.  Hart fails to win his home state of Colorado.

Not much of a contest, really.

hart was 16 years past his prime.

it would have worked out as well as walter mondale's senate comeback attempt.
