All I know about this pollster is that Mr. McCulloch was investigated in DuPage County, Illinois, for election fraud in getting a Republican candidate on the primary ballot.

That doesn't mean it's a bad pollster, but with no record and with conflicting results, I'm going to have to say that I wouldn't weigh this one big.
