FOX News also reporting that Webb has won.

They may just be repeating the AP, though.

CNN not calling it.

Please tell me that the AP actually knows what they're doing and aren't prematurely calling this race.

There's only one county not fully in and at best it'll give Allen a 200 vote margin.  Webb will be up a little over 7000 headed to recount, which is pretty insurmountable.

6 provisional "precincts" have reported; Webb's margin is up 200 votes to 7,400 now. The provisionals will only serve to bolster his position, I think.

CNN hasnt even called the Minnesota race for Pawlenty yet so I doubt they will call this one anytime soon.

Why do people care if CNN called it? They are just too lazy to update their site before it is 100% official.

AP, Reuters, and MSNBC/NBC, and CBS have all called it for Webb. CNN, FoxNews, and ABC have not called it but are reporting that the AP has called it.

It's on the website and it's on TV (talking about CNN)

The AP original note says that the canvassing has not changed anything so far.

Our local news is on TV in the next room, and I just heard them say that Allen is going to make an announcement any minute now. I'll update if I'm still on the site when he makes it.
