Who is the other candidate that is for sure running?
By the way, my post was based strictly on McCain winning the nomination, which I think is very likely after the whoopin the Republicans just took in the midterms. He's about as close to a sure thing as there is.
Well, the other candidate that is for sure running is Mitt Romney. Then there is Rudy Giuliani. McCain is DEFINITELY not a sure thing. In fact, I give him less than a 45% chance of being the nominee. The odds are that McCain will collapse and Romney and Giuliani will be the ones competing for the nomination.
