Works like Presidential survivor-vote off one Supreme Court Chief Justice for every day we play.  Last one standing wins.  One vote per round.

Each round is however long I feel like it.
Nothing personal, but you must have at least 50 posts to play (avoiding spam-bots and fake accounts)
Some days we are not playing due to the weekends, Thanksgiving stuff...
I will say "hold your votes" if this is the case.
No arguing.  This is a place to vote, not complain how others voted.  I have a zero tolerance policy for these people and will kick them out of the game.
Since it's undetermined whether William Cushing was really a Chief Justice, he has been omitted from the game.  No complaints here either..

Well, even though he's done nothing as Chief Justice, I'm going to spare Judge Roberts...

My vote goes to Roger Taney, for perhaps the worst descision I've ever heard of... The Dred Scott ruling.
