Oh, and no, he doesn't. A fictional character in a cheesy 1980s film with Patrick Swayze and Charlie Sheen is one of the last people I would associate Lincoln Chafee with. Tongue

Likewise, the analogy simply doesn't work. Chafee has been a RINO from the beginning, voting against the Bush tax cuts and the Iraq War. The General from Red Dawn only became a good guy after he got his ass kicked by Patrick Swayze, if I remember correctly.

No, he always had doubts though. He never got along with the Soviet officers.

I thought of the analogy after he admitted it was better that Whitehouse won and the Democrats took the Senate. He realized his side wasn't the right one and quit fighting.
