Sorry to say, but Ricky won't even win his home state.  The Southeast LOATHES him and the rest of the state could never make up for it even with Klobuchar instead of Casey.

Pretty fair map...assuming Klobuchar doesn't do anything stupid. I might say VA and AR could go Republican but not solidly so, so your variant is fair.

Santorum's social conservatism is somehow boding well there at the national level.  If a Bob Casey vs. Olympia Snowe, I would easily pick Casey, but this is WV.
