I would probably vote for Richardson if Brownback or Huckabee were nominated.

I have no qualms as a Democrat voting for John McCain.  And if Gore doesn't run, I will likely vote in the Virginia Republican primary to ensure that at least I will have someone worth voting for come November.

If I have to pick one of those, I guess Romney....Guiliani and McCain are such phoneys and Huckabee and Brownback are too conservative.

None of them. Okay, I would vote for McCain over Kucinich or Gravel, but they're not going to win the nomination anyway.

None.  Why would I want another 8 years of complete failure?

Obama.

Possibly Biden, Clark or Richardson depending on the GOP nominee.

It's not "which would you consider", it's "which would you MOST consider". If the Democrats were putting up a guy who raped your family and shot your dog, which Republican candidate is most acceptable to you as the alternative?

I would have said that a year ago.  But not now.  The guy would put another hundred thousand troops into the sandbox.  The only thing he might do that makes sense is put more energy into Afghanistan, where the REAL fight should be taking place.

I picked Giuliani, but ugh.  Where have all the Mark Hatfields and Alan Simpsons gone?

Iraq determines my vote since it is the biggest issue of the day and the biggest foriegn policy mistake in the history of the United States.  As such I could vote for Chuck Hagel over Joe Lieberman...  But I don't see it possible that a GOPer will have a saner policy on Iraq than the Democrat.

Gingrich, although I won't vote for a Republican under any imaginable conditions.

Putting an effective number of troops in would be superior than staying the current course, in my opinion.

I find the popularity of Richardson with Republicans very interesting.  Guliani is easy to see for Democrats but I'm not sure why Richardson is so appealing to Republicans.  Any GOPers please elaborate.

Giuliani.  He's pretty much the best the Republicans have to offer to liberals.

The constitution party needs to change its name, cause it only goes by the constitution when it suits their beliefs.

They never blatently neglect the constitution, they may just interpret it differently than you

If I could, none of them by choice. I'd consider McCain if the Democrats left me with no alternative but Sad

Giuliani's out. I can't be doing with any of this "Thank God for President George W Bush" garb Roll Eyes. And don't get me started on him likening W to Churchill

I like Sam Brownback, he is just conservative enough w/o being too conservative for a blue dog like myself
