Yes, I support the judgement on the same basis in which it was judged. The Liberty of Contract initiative in no way infringes on the rights of individuals to participate in union related activities, and merely grants employers the ability to refuse employment to these individuals on the basis of their union activity.
Alleging that the initiative violated Article VI, Clause 10 of the Constitution, TCash101 filed a lawsuit against the Southeastern Region on July 15, 2006. The clause reads:
"Persons in employment shall have the right to organize for the purpose of collective bargaining, with such exceptions as the Senate may provide for by Law on the grounds of vital national interest."
I think Adam will provide some good balance to the court though.
