Perhaps Dr. Video can diagose the state's problems via tele-conference. Or Tennesseans could set up web cams in every corner of the state so Dr. Video can give his expert opinion on whatever is going on.  Hell, he could do it all from the golf course...or the Pentecostal Meetin' House!
