Lets say Cuomo decides to jump in and wins the nomination. What does this alternate 1992 look like?

Cuomo would do worse in the South, but I think better everywhere else than Clinton.  He was a great speaker, and I think he would really be able to appeal to the voters, despite his liberal views.  He'd win less electoral votes than Clinton, but I think his popular vote would be about the same:
