Propositions

Proposition 01: Term Length Amendment Proposition

Article II, Clauses I and II of the Second Midwest Constitution will be amended to read:
Clause I - The election of the Governor shall take place on the third weekend of the months of April and October on the Gregorian calendar. The election will begin between 12:00 PM Central Time Thursday and 12:00 PM Central Time Friday, and will end 72 hours later. The starting/ending times will be announced by or on the Tuesday before the election by the Governor.
Clause II - Voters will choose whether to retain the current gubernatorial ticket. If more than 75% of voters choose not to retain the ticket, an election will be held the following weekend for the post.

Clause III shall be struck, and Clause IV shall be renumbered to Clause III.
