What if sometime in prehistory the ASBs move all of the Middle East, Iranian, Sudanese, Malaysian, North African, Indonesian, and West/Central African(Nigeria, Cameroon, Mauretania, Rio Muni, Central African republci) Oil to Latin America? Assume no Butterflies until 1859(the first extraction of oil from pennsylvania). Also presume that by "Latin America" I include the area covered by Mexico's 1848 borders(so the southwest has more oil than OTL), the entire caribbean, Florida, Louisiana, Central America and all of south America. Also presume that the distribution of oil in this large region is even with each equally sized area having the same amount of oil. What changs?
