That's some surprisingly good news.

The poll does look like it is somewhat weighted to favor Republicans.   That being said, this poll can not be good news for the Hillary camp.   Her favorable/unfavorbale ratings are an abysmal 32%/46%, with very little room to grow either way.

One thing you must remember is that the Democrats in Pennsylvania have had a very effective get out the vote drive for nearly a decade.

This is what has kept Pennsylvania Democrat for President in the last two elections.

Yep, this poll has "outlier" written all over it.  In all likelihood, the Q poll which showed Rudy up by 3 over Clinton is much closer to the truth at this point.

Not really. He went up a couple of points in Rasmussen's polling. I think thats about it.
